From Our Family To Yours
Hi there. We're Anna and Eddie Siino—husband and wife, proud owners of BB's Bagels—and this is our story.
We didn't start BB's because it was easy. We started it because we believed in something. We believed in bringing real, honest, New York-style bagels to a place that didn't even know it needed them yet—Alpharetta, Georgia.
In 2007, after decades of working in bakeries and restaurants up north, we packed up everything we had and headed south. We were tired of the city grind, ready for change, and chasing one big dream: to build something of our own. Something that felt like home—for us and for others.
We found this tiny, run-down diner on McFarland Parkway. The kind of place most people would pass over. But we saw it and felt something. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work—long days, early mornings, hand-rolling bagels by the dozen, boiling them like they do back in the Bronx, baking them fresh daily. No machines. No shortcuts. Just love, dough, and determination.
And slowly… you came.
First it was a few curious neighbors. Then it was homesick New Yorkers. Then it was families, friends, and folks from all walks of life. You came, you tasted, and you stayed. And BB's? It became more than a bagel shop. It became a place where people felt like they belonged. A place full of laughter, hot coffee, and that feeling of comfort you only get when you're home.
We were never about flash. We were about real food, real people, real connection.
But then, in February of 2025, we were tested in a way we never imagined.
A fire tore through our building in the middle of the night. It spread fast—fueled by gas lines—and by the time the sun rose, BB's was gone. The place we'd built with our bare hands was burned to the ground.
And the worst part? Our insurance had been canceled just months before—through no fault of our own—when our carrier pulled out of Georgia. We were left with nothing. No coverage. No answers. Just ashes.
We felt crushed.
You messaged us. You called. You donated. You cried with us. You lifted us up. Strangers, customers, friends, regulars—we say "community" a lot, but what you did? That was family. You didn't just help us survive—you reminded us why we started all this in the first place.
Thanks to your love, your support, your kindness—we're back.
BB's is rebuilding. Not just our walls—but our spirit. We're returning stronger, more grateful, and more dedicated than ever to serving you the best bagels this side of GA.
We'll never forget what we lost. But more importantly, we'll never forget what we found:
A community that refused to let us fall.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
Come see us. Come hungry. Come as you are.
With all our love,
— Anna & Eddie Siino
