Spin to Win Promotional Game — Official Rules

The BB's Bagels "Spin to Win" game (the "Game") is a free promotional game available on our website. By participating, you agree to the following rules and policies:

Eligibility & Frequency

• The Game is free to play. No purchase is necessary to spin.
• Each person is limited to one (1) spin per week (7-day rolling period).
• Eligibility is tracked by email address and phone number. Duplicate entries using different accounts or contact information to obtain additional spins are prohibited.
• BB's Bagels reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of attempting to circumvent the one-spin-per-week limit through any means, including but not limited to using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or automated tools.

Prize Redemption

• Each prize is valid for one (1) use only, per visit, per purchase.
• Prizes must be redeemed in-store at BB's Bagels, 6835 Shiloh Rd E, Alpharetta, GA 30005.
• To redeem, present your unique prize code (received via email) at checkout.
• Prizes expire seven (7) days after the spin date. Expired prizes cannot be honored.
• Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• One prize per transaction. Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

General Terms

• BB's Bagels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.
• BB's Bagels reserves the right to void any prize obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these rules.
• Prize availability and selection are determined at random by our system. BB's Bagels does not guarantee any specific prize.
• By participating, you consent to BB's Bagels collecting your name, email address, and phone number for the purpose of administering the Game and sending your prize code. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy above.
• BB's Bagels is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may affect participation or prize delivery.

Wholesale Program Terms & Policies

The BB's Bagels wholesale program is available to qualifying businesses. By applying, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Application

• The wholesale program is available to registered businesses only (coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, offices, hotels, and event venues).
• Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. BB's Bagels reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
• All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Orders & Minimums

• Minimum order: 3 dozen bagels per order.
• Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Larger orders may require additional lead time at BB's Bagels' discretion.
• BB's Bagels reserves the right to adjust pricing with 7 days written notice.
• Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale accounts and may not be shared, transferred, or used for resale markups exceeding reasonable retail pricing.

Payment

• Payment terms are Net 7 days from invoice date.
• ACH payment information, if provided, is stored securely and used solely for processing wholesale payments.
• Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.
• BB's Bagels reserves the right to require prepayment for new accounts.

Account & Data

• Wholesale application data (business name, contact info, address, and optional ACH details) is submitted to our secure invoicing system.
• This information is used exclusively for wholesale account management, invoicing, and order fulfillment.
• BB's Bagels does not sell or share wholesale customer data with third parties.
• You may request modification or deletion of your wholesale data by contacting us.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the wholesale relationship at any time with written notice.
• BB's Bagels reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account for non-payment, misuse of wholesale pricing, or violation of these terms.

Catering payments are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable once production has begun. Online pickup orders are processed through our partner Tabit and are subject to their terms.

The "BB's Bagels" name, logo, mascot characters (Anna, Eddie, Mike, Leila), photographs, recipes, and all original content on this Site are the property of BB's Bagels and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
