Anna and Eddie Siino brought their authentic Bronx recipes to Georgia in 2007 and have been baking bagels the traditional way ever since. Each bagel is hand-shaped, dropped into a kettle of malt-enriched boiling water, and then baked fresh that morning. The result: chewier interior, slightly crisp crust, real bagel flavor.
We bake 15+ varieties daily — Plain, Sesame, Poppy, Onion, Garlic, Everything, Cinnamon Raisin, Asiago, Jalapeño Cheddar, Whole Wheat, Cheddar, Salt, Pumpernickel, Egg, Flagel, Rainbow, French Toast and more.

Easiest route: Take I-575 South to GA-20 East. Follow GA-20 East over to GA-400 South, then exit at Windward Parkway and head east toward the Shiloh Road area.
Alternate route: Take Hickory Road or GA-92 east, connect to GA-9 south, and follow into Alpharetta.
Drive time: Approximately 25-35 minutes depending on traffic and where in Holly Springs you're starting from.
