Anna and Eddie Siino brought their authentic Bronx recipes to Georgia in 2007 and have been baking bagels the traditional way ever since. Each bagel is hand-shaped, dropped into a kettle of malt-enriched boiling water, and then baked fresh that morning. The result: a chewier interior, a slightly crisp crust, and the kind of flavor most chain shops can't deliver.
